πͺAuto Compound Staking Rewards

Last updated
Magator utilizes authz grants to non-custodially claim your staking rewards and stake them on your behalf.
Magator will auto-compound your staking rewards once a day between 17:00 and 19:00 UTC or in the case of Osmosis and Evmos, after their respective epochs. For networks with an APR >100%, Magator will compound multiple times per day.
In order to activate this strategy, you must have some tokens staked. If you don't you will be asked to stake some prior to the below activation of the compounding.
Session Duration: The default compounding duration for Magator strategies is 90 days. Before the 90 days are up, you can update and/or extend the strategy to extend the duration.
Session Duration is not a bonding period. Your funds are not locked up, and Magator does not have ownership of your funds at any time. You can deactivate the compounding at any time.
Select the validator(s) with which to compound your staking rewards. Magator supports all validators on the networks available on Magator.
By default, Magator shows you the current validator(s) with which you are staking. You can add additional validators even if you're not staked with them, and you can add as many validators to your list as you would like (minimum of one) by selecting βAdd Additional Validator.β
Magator distributes your rewards equally across your chosen validators by default.
To modify the allocations from the default even distribution, simply select the "Use Fine Grained Allocation" option. You have the flexibility to choose any distribution you prefer, but please ensure that the total allocation adds up to 100% in order to proceed.
You have the option to exclude a portion of your rewards from being compounded. To do this, enter the percentage of rewards you wish to leave unallocated in the "Unallocated Percentage" field. Please note that if you enter 100% in the "Unallocated Percentage" field, none of your rewards will be compounded.
You can also choose to allocate all your rewards to your desired validator(s) and leave 0% unallocated.
Review your strategy settings.
You can optionally add your email address to receive a notification whenever Magator auto compounds on your behalf when your session is about to expire, and/or to learn about future Magator strategies.
To start the strategy, click "Confirm."
You will then be asked to authorize 2 permissions to Magator.
Then sit back and let Magator compound on your behalf.
And you can update, extend, or close your strategy at any time.
Once you have finished adding your validator(s) and determined the allocations, click "Next." You will be prompted to confirm before activating your strategy.
